Glen Rose is a nice little 3A sleeper community. Fantastic school system, a small and close knit community. If i am not mistaken they have almost brand new athletic facilities. They are in a somewhat mountainous area with Dinosaur State Park their big tourist draw. It's off the beaten path a bit so you aren't really within driving distance of the Ft. Worth/Dallas area. If you are looking for a little seclusion and a layed back atmosphere then Glen Rose is the place. (And Slaughter has their football program charged and ready!)

I have heard that Slaughter was put on administrative leave there in Glen Rose! Did they already promise his job to someone else and need to straighten things out? Is Glen Rose mad at him for searching employment elsewhere? All the coaching changes and hires this year are turning into a Soap Opera! My head hurts trying to keep up with it all! pale Anyone else have any thoughts on this subject?? Question

If these are not factors in this particular situation then I guess anything else would fall under the category of "none of my business" so I choose to drop the subject! silent

would be wise not to elaborate on the true reasons why, but no, it wasn't because they had already contacted someone else
