There is a good possibility that this is the match up for the Texas Stadium Showcase on September 1st. I'll keep looking!

Well...Trinity has something scheduled at Texas Stadium Sept. 1....I don't know if it is this match up or not. Web site says TBD??? I am just guessing that it might be the one!

Hate to report this but...rumor has it that plans have changed and this deal has fallen through! I'm sad...I think a match up between State Champions from different states would be something worth traveling to see!

Trinity is not playing Jenks...that was never in the cards. They are playing John Curtis which is a private school in Lousiana that recruits from all over the state, like Evangel used to.

No they are not playing Jenks...yes it had been under discussion but no it did not come to fruition! Yes they will be playing John Curtis Bulldogs of Louisiana now! I think that there are too may Classics being thrown together now...and the line ups are just too watered down to get folks excited like they used to! It used to be the best of the best....now it is the next to the best of the best...at best! Neutral
